Therapy in Glasgow for stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief and loss. Qualified counsellor for individual and couple support, enquiries welcome.
Taking that step to talk with a counsellor can feel daunting and I’m here to listen and provide a safe and confidential environment where you can start to make sense of whats difficult for you.
I am a qualified person- centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am also a member of COSCA (Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland . I work by the code of ethics and professional standards for practice.
I work with both individuals and couples providing a safe space to work through difficulties and issues , to help find a way forward that is right for you, finding answers and resolutions and a way to build and lead the life you’d like.
Having had counselling myself I have seen and felt the real benefit of being able to talk things through with someone who can listen and is committed to helping me in my journey.
Prior to counselling I held many roles in the private and public sector ranging from customer service to operational management where I gained extensive experience in supporting, coaching and leadership.
Beyond my private practice I work as a counsellor in the general therapy team at the Priory Hospital in Glasgow and with Cancer Support Scotland in the West End of Glasgow.
